3.0Having a washing machine and dryer was a big plus Plenty of hot water.
− Outside of unit is poorly maintained as lawn needs mowing and weeds removed. Unit generally felt shabby. Linen only provided for 2 people, not 4 as booked. 2nd bed had no sheets, doona or pillows. Random assortment of crockery and cutlery, but no bowls for cereal and only 2 mugs. No wash up cloth or tea towels. Floor of 2nd bedroom was stained and sticky. No shower curtain or screen
Filthy, unhygienic, it stank and I had to clean up rat faeces and urine.
1.0− Unit 2/ 114 Moran Street was disgustingly dirty and unhygienic. It stank due to the rodent faeces and urine in the bedrooms. Also due to the filthy oven, the stained and dirty carpets, the mouldy cutting board and the general lack of hygeine.
