10.0Beautifully appointed 3 bedroom house with private back garden in a wonderful location on Downings. From the first point of contact with the corner all was excellent very responsive to any questions. All the bedrooms were spacious and airy and very comfortable beds. There is an ensure large bathroom with shower Iupstairs and a bath with shower downstairs.

− Few things could have been improved; Grass in the garden hadn’t been cut in a while Patio door is very hard to open & close and the front door is very hard to lock Kettle was unusable due to limescale buildup Curtains in the living area were constantly coming off the hooks
Lovely spot in downtown Downings.
10.0Amazing location right in Downings. Easy walk to restaurants and pubs. Spacious. Clean. Laundry facilities. It was a great set up for a group.
− There were 2 things that are relatively minor. First, the TV was great, but we really couldn't access the live programming (e.g., world cup). That could have been a user error and we should have called to reach out and ask. The other is that it took a while to figure out how to lock the front door ... again, probably a user error. That said, a little book of instructions might be a good add. Wonderful property all around.

8.0A lovely house in the heart of Downings. Very clean. Plenty of space. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and beach. 3 superb golf courses within a 1km drive.
