10.0The decor was outstanding throughout, very thoughtfully and tastefully completed to a high specification. A charming bottle of gorgeous, locally produced white wine with 2 glasses were thoughtfully laid out upon arrival. A delightful mix of comfort and luxury in a timeless setting, really enhanced our stay. We will definitely be back asap!

8.0Great location in a very pretty village. The house is nicely fitted out and the kitchen well equipped.
− Disappointingly the toilet smelt of urine and the seat is stained yellow. For short stays, it would be a good idea to supply soap in the bathroom and starter supplies of dishwasher tabs. Although the agent provides information about the house on line, it would be helpful to have appliance instructions left in the kitchen.

7.0Beautiful setting in a great location. Lovely little courtyard garden at the front. Cottage well equipped.
− Some cleanliness issues - staining on the bed and bedspread, and a build up of dust and cobwebs in places. Bathroom drains a bit smelly. Hopefully this was just a one off - but we hadn't been advised in advance that the gates were broken so we were stuck outside for some time after a long journey which wasn't an ideal start to our stay.

Fantastic weekend, everything we could have wanted.
9.0Spacious and clean. Loved the log burner, generated heat quickly. Had to phone Clemmie a couple of times - user error, no issues with the cottage - and got immediate help - do watch the YouTube video, it is useful.
− Could have done with some hand wash somewhere - in the kitchen or bathroom.
