− Nao tinha ficado especificado na minha reserva que o banheiro era coletivo e fora do quarto, fui perceber depois. Ele estava limpo, mas foi preciso compartilhar. Tive problemas na troca de toalhas, so é feita apos 3 diarias, conforme me foi explicado posteriormente. O meu quarto nao tinha os ganchos pra colocacao de roupas conforme explicitado na informacao da reserva. Apesar de tudo isso, ainda o saldo foi positivo.
