10.0We came to Court Lodge Oast for a family holiday ..6 adults, 4 children plus dog...and it was perfect in every way, being suitable for all age groups. The garden was great for the children and the house itself was very comfortable. The area was peaceful and yet had easy access for interesting day trips. Would definitely recommend it .
− We have nothing negative to say about the property... but we were rather shocked at the potholes in Kent/East Sussex!!

The perfect countryside retreat / getaway for our group of girls
10.0It was the perfect stay for a girly weekend for my sister's baby shower. It was beautiful, spacious, cosy, luxurious, warm, and had plenty of charm/history about it. We would like to come back in the summer to enjoy even more of the facilities the property has to offer! Instructions were clear, and communication was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - can't wait to stay again.
− [Note, all "nice to haves" and didn't affect stay] Didn't realise there was a charge for pet until an email a week or two before. Would be nice to add this on during initial booking. Couldn't find the switch for lights for drive, so was quite dark for those arriving late/taking the dog out. Some complimentary bubble bath/shower gel for the many beautiful bathrooms would have been handy. A sitewide account/sign in for the TV apps would have also been nice, so could watch movies etc. Maybe a hot tub offering?
