Great space, great hosts, great location.
10.0The host was great at communicating with us. He graciously assisted us with our luggage. The private guest suite with a separate locked entrance was spacious with a living room, a large second living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and well-appointed bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Handy electric outlets and good wifi. Well located. A good walk to Waneka Lake Park to watch the spectacular sunsets. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
− Just a heads up that this is a basement apartment and there is a somewhat steep stairway going down.
We loved our stay in Lafayette! Rob was prompt and courteous with communication, and we felt very welcome.
10.0The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and extremely well appointed. The location was super convenient to Old Town Lafayette for meals, Waneka Park for walking, and Coal Creek Bike Trail for cycling.
− We loved pretty much everything about the property. If I were to make any minor suggestions I might say it would be nice to have a place to put pantry foods (most of the cupboards were full of kitchen or cleaning supplies—as I said, it had everything you might need!).
The place is exactly what we needed! Had a great time and will definitely be back!

8.0The apartment was spacious and it was great to have a small kitchen. The location was quiet, private and convenient to the wedding events we were attending. It was also an easy drive to Boulder and the mountains. We enjoyed walking within Lafayette to a park, coffee shops and a farmer’s market.
− It was extra hot while we were visiting (100 degrees during the day) and the ac struggled to reach the bedroom. So even though it was in the basement it was a bit hot for sleeping. Additional pillows would also have been nice.

10.0Location was fine. The apartment. Was very clean,roomy and comfortable. I'd stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
− Being a basement apt. It was cool. More blankets would be great. We had to run the heater. The window shades are too opaque. We felt a little exposed and covered then with garbage bags.
