A very lovely place, with lovely staff. Would definitely stay again.
9.0The staff on arrival and for our first morning were exceptional. The person who took over for breakfast and checkout on the Saturday was much less organised and a little vague, though he was still very pleasant.
− Breakfast on the Saturday was not very organised in comparison to the previous day. Also, having a skylight and no window took a little getting used to. It was during a very hot period and although the skylight was very good, we had to close it when there was a storm threat.

− Felt that the mattresses in room 2 need replacing as they are too soft & spongey

8.0Mostly everything. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The atmosphere was very relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. You felt safe to leave your doors and windows open. Location was good.
− I found the flush on the toilet difficult and had to use the handle of my makeup brush to press the button down. Also, we were a large party for dinner and had to wait a considerable amount of time for our meal. This, I believe, was because two people had a starter. Perhaps we should have requested for main courses to be served at the same time. Breakfast on our first morning was very efficient and professional. However, on the Saturday morning we had to ask for everything including ordering teas, etc.
