Lovely stay in a beautiful house in a green, foresty area

The host was very easy to contact, waited for us until very late at night to give us the keys. She was very nice and had prepared cold drinks in the fridge which we really appreciated. She was available during out stay if we had any questions. The house is spacious and has everything that you need. You have plenty of storage for your clothes and all the amenities. The location is superb, in a small village. From the balcony you can see the sunset behind the forest and the hills. It is a cool and windy area so we did not have to use the AC at all despite the heat. Yet, you get plenty of sun and warm weather during the day. It is ideally located if you want to relax in a quiet place, no one overlooking the house and the swimming-pool. You are about an hour ago from Lisbon if you want to spend a day there. Beautiful beaches nearby (Sao Martinho Do Porto, near the dunes is absolutely gorgeous). Beautiful coastal little towns (including Nazare is you like surfing). Salinas Do Rio is interesting to visit with children. You also have a local supermarket with everything that you need (10 min drive) and a corner shop at short walking distance. We did not have a map of the local walking trails but there must be amazing places to see nearby.

− Although the swimming pool is cleaned once a week, it would probably require a more in depth cleaning as the area is quite windy and dust seems to come back quite quickly. Similarly the outdoor room near the swimming poor was dusty so we did not use it al all. Some of the ventilations in the house were sometimes noisy (especially when windy outside).

Très belle maison avec belle piscine, très propre et bien équipée

Je me permets de mettre un avis car cette maison mérite d’être mise en avant et de recevoir beaucoup d’autres personnes. Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est super, les chambres très spacieuses avec chacune sa salle de bain, génial quand on pars à plusieurs. Elle est hyper fonctionnelle et bien équipé, pleins de détails sont pensé pour faciliter votre séjour. Tout était très propre, une attention particulière nous étais apporté à notre arrivée avec des petits présents merci pour ça c’était très appréciable.
