Very clean and well equipped holiday house. Spacious and build with top materials. Exceptionally clean on the inside and the outside. Beautiful private garden. Private parking place within the walls of the premise. Nice patio giving a great view on the sea and the marvelous sunset. Excellent location: end of a dead end street, right at the sea shore, with a nice path down towards the beach. the sand beach is in a small bay within the bay of Porto Cupo. So even when the sea is choppy, the water in the bay is calm. Crystal clear water. Ideally for a relaxing stay at the beach, swimming and snorkling in the sea. The location also allows easy visits to interesting sight seeing locations in Puglia. You do need a car to get around easily. Our host was excellent. We got a detailed tour of the accommodation and some highly appreciated welcoming gifts. during our stay, we could rely on her for any question we had.

Vue imprenable, maison super équipée, accès plage en 3 min à pied, accueil très sympathique!

− Certaines soirées animées de l’autre côté de la baie peuvent s’avérer bruyantes mais une fois la porte fermée on dort très bien et ce n’est pas tous les soirs.

Una villa talmente bella e ben posizionata che diventa difficile provarsene anche solo per una sera. Il massimo per godersi il mare e condividere la tavola in tutto relax . Stupendo anche il giardino. Un ringraziamento alla padrona di casa che, nonostante le mie disavventure personali, ha fatto sempre tutto il possibile per venirmi incontro . Torneró sicuramente

Villa raffinée avec jardin, parking privé, pieds dans l'eau et vue sur la mer. On recommande !!!

Rare villa élégante et confortable, avec grande terrasse, vue sur la mer et ses couchers de soleil. Parking privé indispensable. Climatisation efficace et silencieuse. Agréable jardin avec transats pour lire ou regarder les étoiles. Déco raffinée. Propreté irréprochable. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné. Mise à disposition d'un grand parasol très utile. Grand frigo pour stocker les courses. La mer est magnifique, transparente et tout proche. Avec votre voiture vous pourrez visiter Matera, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca... On recommande vivement !

− Attention à la musique par moment trop forte du resort voisin. En même temps la propriétaire n'y est pour rien...

Lorica's house is outstanding. The furnishings are as good as new and the technical equipment is of a high standard. Air conditioning, electric blinds and mosquito screens in every room are just a few examples. The location overlooking the bay, with evening sunsets from the terrace, is hard to beat. The garden is lovingly laid out and well maintained. The house is at the dead end of a street and therefore very quiet. Everything was very clean and the house was lovingly furnished. The beach is right on the doorstep and can be reached in 2 minutes via a short path. We went swimming in the morning and had the beach to ourselves. The sun was already over the bay very early. We also went on many excursions, as there are many roads leading from Taranto in all directions in Apulia. Lorica was very friendly and quick to communicate and welcomed us personally. Everything was explained to us and no questions were left unanswered. There were no problems during our stay. This is how you want a holiday, carefree in a fantastic location.
