− Не затишно, маленькі кімнати, вид з вікна в стіну іншого будинку, ліжка розсувні, з малою дитиною не зручно, персонал дуже спішила, хоча ми доплатили за пізнє заселення, розмовляла зверхньо, на повідомлення під час проживання ніхто не відповідав. Залог 300€ і обов’язково з карти, готівку брати відмовились, повернули після виселення через декілька днів.

− Water heater was mot working , air conditioning not working in bedrooms called the owner but he didn’t. Come to fix the problem also i was charged 300€ extra when arriving at the premises and nothing was advice when doing the booking on booking.com

6.0Bem localizado. Em geral espaçoso, bem limpo e confortável.
− - Check-in é pago extra após às 20h, não faz sentido o cliente ter este custo quando poderia apenas instalar-se uma caixa com a chave para levantar a qualquer hora. - Chuveiro não puxa água quente sozinho. Pro tip: deixando a água do lavatório a correr no quente o esquentador já liga. - Faltam coisas básicas na cozinha (guardanapos, azeite, sal, etc). - Cama de casal é um pouco pequena para duas pessoas.
Appartement bien placé et confortable
8.0L’appartement est bien placé pour visiter Barcelone, pas très loin du métro. Il est spacieux et confortable, bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a un ascenseur et la climatisation. Il est bien décoré et fonctionnel. Draps et serviettes sont fournis, ainsi que gel douche et shampoing, et le nécessaire pour la vaisselle.
− Nous n’avons pas réussi à utiliser la douche correctement, nous n’avons pas toujours eu de l’eau chaude à cause du chauffe-eau instantané qui doit être mal réglé, c'était pénible. Nous aurions apprécié quelques produits de base comme sel, poivre, sucre, huile.
