10.0We loved our stay at Bobtail Cottage. Location is perfect. Just 5 minutes drive to Windermere. The host was very responsive and gave us clear instructions on how to get to the place and also the code for the key. The cottage was very clean and well- equipped.

Good location, very well equipped and comfortable but near a busy loud road.
7.0Newly refurbished kitchen & bathroom very modern clean and well equipped. Well decorated and furnished throughout. Very nice clean bedding and plenty spare towels provided. Lots of boardgames provided. Kitchen well equipped, shower gel and shampoo provided. Great communication with the host - provided extra kitchen towel and washing up liquid without prompting and let us check in 1 hour early.
− No table or chairs in the garden, couldn’t fully open bedroom window due to for sale sign. Good location but next to a very busy and loud road which the bedroom is facing out to. The TV was mounted way too high - hilariously too high for comfortable viewing.

10.0The cottage was, cosy, warm, it had everything you could need and was in a great location for hikes in Windermere. It was a delightful little place.
− The stairs were a bit tricky to negotiate, the tread was very narrow on the twist near the top but that added to its quirkyness.
Lovely little cottage
10.0The hosts were super helpful and let us check in early to get ready for my dad's funeral. It was a lovely cottage and had everything we needed. There was even a Christmas tree which we thought was a nice touch.
