8.0The location was great as we were going to a venue 5 mins walk to see a band.Plenty of eating places and the bus stop was 5 mins away. The hostess was very pleasant, helpful & friendly. The set up for the securiy & registering was very straight forward.

10.0As well as being very well located for my visit to Brixton, it was also very quiet despite being in a very walkable distance from the town centre. The property itself was very well kept, clean and tidy with a welcoming host and had all the facilities I needed.
