3.0− The apartment feels very tired and not as clean as we would have liked. The linen is very tired, bed was poorly made, bathroom was not stocked with shampoo or conditioner. The photos depict better linen etc than what is provided. We requested the use of the sofa bed and it was terrible, not suitable for sleeping on.
Perfect location, quiet and comfortable.
9.0Great location, light and airy, felt spacious. Very responsive host.
− All good. Great work out as described by host climbing the stairs.
Homely apartment and responsive host.
9.0Quiet location for London and the apartment was very homely compared to other apartments in London where I have stayed. The host Zak was responsive and access was easily arranged.
− Nothing it was all good

9.0Everything to be honest. Zack and his Dad are lovely. Zack has been an absolute gem and a great host. Very helpful, great communicator and genuinely cares about his guests as well. 10/10! Thanks Zack & Dad! From Bentley & I :)
