第一次住古厝改建的民宿，位置超級好，離金城車站與舊城區非常近，走路出去就是民族路菜市場，很多食物可選。
9.0中庭有張桌子，家人可坐在星空下吃晚餐與消夜，聊天。 這裡共有2間家庭房(4人)+4間雙人房+中庭，許多朋友來可以包棟，在中庭喝酒聊天。 房價CP值很好。
− 一間房的窗在頭上方，窗簾不嚴實，窗外光會照到臉，門縫(下方)也會透光，建議改善。 入住當晚全滿，不同房間同時使用吹風機，跳電，房客電聯屋主有馬上處理。

9.0有冷氣也有電視，晚上睡覺很安靜，床好睡且整潔，每天都有人打掃外面的廁所，離老街和市場很近，走路吃飯很方便。著名景點總兵署、後浦16藝文區和民防坑道，也是走路就能到的地方。老闆很熱情，介紹金門景點與美食。
