− Everything. The Condition of the house was poor. There was no aircon, the house was old and rough. The lawn was unmanaged. The most disappointing factor for me was that the house was offered on bookings.com. I hold bookings.com to a high standard when it comes to anything I'm looking for whether it be accommodation or rental cars etc. this experience has shifted my outlook

The couch was nice …

− The yard was not maintained, the facilities were dirty, we booked for the whole house but found when we got there that there was a guy in the backyard in a caravan.. I booked a house for my family and not only Was it not a safe space he came in at 9pm to cook food and again at 6am to Poop shower and then get ready for work… the bed was missing slats and the heating wouldn’t start.. there was cobwebs on every window and when I moved the curtain to lol out the window I found change that was left behind from previous guests. Arrival at property took ages as the person wouldn’t answer the phone to tell us where the keys are hidden. And the random guy outside had his clothes and food in the kitchen!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND

− Key wasn't in lock box. Had to call to be told it was on top of fuse box. Back/side door had no way to lock it. Street was very noisy with cars revving and hooning most of Friday night. We didnt feel safe at all. I was going to find somewhere else to stsy for second night, but circumstances changed and we had no options. House had spider webs and walls were dirty, skirting boards were dusty. I gave the shower a clean before my son got in there. Used bandaids under bed in one room. Also there were clean dishes in rack and food in the fridge. Really wasn't sure if someone may have been coming back to get them. We didn't feel very safe.
