− Noise . Can hear people walking and talking and vehicle noises. Couldn't sleep.at all and my Rome holiday was ruined due to lack of sleep. Communication challenges. When I sent my arrival time earlier than check in time it was approved. However the host indicated it was subject to availability of apartment.

10.0absolutely everything, Alessandra was very helpful, it was easy to get there and get in. There are markets and restaurants very close by, easy access to the subway, apartment on the ground floor with only one step for access. I went with my father who uses a wheelchair and the apartment is very accessible. It's close to the main attractions, and you can do a lot by walking.

10.0The apartment is in a great location near Colloseum. 5 mins from metro station. All main sightseeings in walking distance. The apartment was clean and nice, equipped with everything needed during our stay. The host is always in touch, ready to help. Highly recommended.

10.0В Риме мы были впервые и уже буквально через пару дней сало ясно, что с выбором квартиры мы не ошиблись. Она полностью соответствует тому, что на фото. Жилье расположено в одной минуте ходьбы от метро и маркета, и в 5-7 минутах от Колизея, при этом улица тихая и чистая. Все окна зарешечены. Заселение максимально простое. В апартаментах есть все необходимое: фен, утюг, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, чай, кофе, моющие, чистящие, специи и т.д. Самым весомым плюсом, я считаю, наличие кондиционеров в обеих комнатах. Это максимально удобно!! Я однозначно порекомендую это жилье своим друзьям

− El aire acondicionado no servía al 100% primeros 10 minutos bien, luego regular y en verano pasamos demasiado calor en el apartamento, creo que podrían ver el tema del aire para mejorarlo, porque todo lo demás es perfecto
