За свою цену очень неплохо, чисто, все вопросы решались хоть и по телефону, но быстро, сантехника работала.

Small but cosy and convenient apartment if staying in Mandrem and looking for something cheap and simple to suit your needs.

− Noisy at night with darks barking and people yelling.

Good apartment, but customer service left me cold.

Simple little studio apartment equipped with small kitchenette and most importantly for me - a desk. This suited my needs staying here for 3 weeks working and studying a course. Close to Mandrem beach. Balcony a bonus. Friendly people downstairs. I enjoyed staying here.

− Quite noisy in the night with local street dogs barking at all hours, and the local street seller yelling and honking the bike horn from 7am until 11pm. Constant water dripping sound from the next building every night too. This didn’t bother me - but it could bother others. Disappointed that after 3 weeks staying in the property, I asked on the last day if it was possible to extend my check out from 11am to 1:30pm as my taxi was booked to go to the airport at that time and there is no luggage storage. I was told I would have to pay another full day booking- despite it being empty the days following my departure. When I asked could I just pay a half rate for the sake of 2-3 hours I received a simply reply: ‘no’ - I paid, and the next day I received a text asking me to confirm when checked out (I left at 2pm) and when I confirmed my departure I just received a reply ‘k’ - customer service was friendly in my first week, but went cold at the end. That left a bad taste. A shame… because I enjoyed my stay here and spent 3 weeks at the property.

Хорошее месторасположение, до пляжа 10 мин пешком. Наличие кондиционера и кухни. Но это базовые удобства.

− Отель исключительно на пару дней после прилёта, чтобы найти нормальное жильё. Полное несоответствие цены и качества. За 4 ночи заплатили более 9000 руп., учитывая стоимость аренды в Гоа. Этот отель не стоит даже половины этой стоимости. Номер убитый даже по меркам Индии. Запрашивали более раннее заселение - отказали. А итоге приехали даже позже времени check in - заставили ждать ещё час, т.к. никого не было на месте. Но для Индии это нормально, к сожалению. Очень шумно, никакой звукоизоляции. Кровать очень жёсткая, очень болела спина, спать невозможно.

− Små maur over hele leiligheten, til og med i sengen, endte opp med å flytte etter dag en da jeg var full av maurbitt.

It's a clean room with a lot of light and a useful balcony. Bathroom is a little clunky but has proper hot water with slightly weak pressure. The AC is solid. The kitchen is 2-stoves and equipped with new utensils to make basic cooking and eating enjoyable.

− The mattress is unusually short. Taller than average will have feet dangling outside. There is a serious dog problem in this street, with a large number dogs creating disturbances every night.
