9.0The staff in the restaurant were fun and professional. Mason was a wonderful waiter and so helpful. The driver (cant remember his name) that took us to ruins and back was the very best. I got overheated and he took exceptionally good care of me. Air conditioning was marvelous to. I had an aromatherapy massage and it was one of the best I've ever had.
− Well i explained to the receptionist when we signed up for horseback riding that my husband who is partially handicapped might not be able to get on the horse and if so could we get a refund for his part. She said no. I thought her attitude about it and unwillingness to work with us was the only part of my stay that was disappointing.

4.0The beds were so comfortable
− The hike to the rooms, there was no TV in the rooms but you could hear it from the bar. If you had any sort of ailments you would not be able to get to your room. There is also no fridge in rooms either.

Jungle Dreaming
10.0The friendliness of the staff, the facilities, the activities and the comfort were all fantastic. We really enjoyed the horseback riding with Wine and Cheese, insanely good! And had great banter with the staff while keeping up with thw world Cup matches at the bar. Pool was amazing too!
