7.0Proximité, emplacement et propreté.
− Le balcon est un leurre, il est plus petit qu’il paraît en photo. Pas de mobilier d’extérieur mais une desserte cassée qui ne passe pas entièrement. La table devant le canapé n’existe pas. Pas de sopalin, frigo éteint à notre arrivée, pas de torchon. Lit très petit.
