10.0Tout était super ! Literie confortable, chambre spacieuse, surf house très bien situé, rooftop magnifique, petit dej copieux, cours de surf au top, cuisine du soir délicieuse, accueil très sympathique ! Super séjour !!

6.0− Notre expérience a malheureusement été décevante. Au début, tout semblait normal, mais le comportement de l’associé du propriétaire, Abdou, a changé dès qu’il a remarqué que nous n’étions pas intéressés par les activités proposées en supplément (surf à 400 DHS pour 1h30 ou dîner à 10€, que nous n’avons pas trouvé attractifs). À partir de ce moment-là, son attitude est devenue froide : il ne répondait plus à nos salutations, ne souriait plus et nous a clairement fait sentir que nous n’étions pas les bienvenus. En revanche, son associé Hassan a été très aimable et respectueux tout au long du séjour, ce qui mérite d’être souligné. Concernant l’accueil, Sophie (la Canadienne en charge du check-out) nous avait pourtant informés que nous pouvions laisser nos affaires sur place pendant la journée et nous avait même donné un bracelet pour accéder à l’établissement et utiliser les toilettes si besoin. Cependant, plus tard dans la journée, mon ami a reçu un appel nous demandant de récupérer nos affaires avant 17h, sur un ton particulièrement impoli et en totale contradiction avec ce qui nous avait été annoncé auparavant. Ce manque de cohérence et surtout de respect dans la communication a fortement entaché notre séjour.
