The house was situated in a great place. Far bigger than I expected. It had great potential. The staff was quick at replying and more than helpful letting us use the parking pass early as no one was in prior to us staying and checked in 1.5 hours early at no extra cost. The views were stunning and plenty of storage. And beds were comfortable. And the bathroom window did not shut.

− The entrance was dull and felt dirty. With some kind of paper to the window. Didn’t give a good vibe. There was mould on one of the walls in the living room and tried binding it with a tall side board. The toilet seat was broken and slid everywhere. And bottom of the wardrobe was dusty and the paint work on walls and doors marks and chips all over. For the price of the property I would have expected a lot more. As it has great potential.

Old, Poorly Maintained Apartment With Misleading Expectations

The location is great, close to the beach

− This apartment did not meet my expectations. The entire place is old and poorly maintained, and you can smell it the moment you walk in. The photos were misleading—I thought I booked a sea‑view apartment, but I received a standard room facing an overgrown courtyard. The shower was unsafe; the tap fell off when turned off, and the water pressure was weak. The windows were extremely dirty, and I preferred keeping the curtains closed. The kitchen was outdated, with a slow, old stove. The sofa bed in the living room was uncomfortable, and there is no elevator, so you must carry your luggage upstairs. The host mentioned a washing machine and dryer, but they are not inside the apartment, which is inconvenient. Overall, a disappointing and uncomfortable stay.

The location and overall set up were excellent with great views and a very comfortable apartment. Staff were very supportive and any issues raised were handled well. Linen was clean and the living room was spacious and relaxing. The car parking was very easy for us and withered whole apartment felt very safe and secure. Despite the heat we could keep the apartment cool enough and slept every night.

− Some of the amenities need updating, for instance the kettle is rusty, the iron burned our clothes and the shared washing machine was in an awkward room with pipes and electrics which put us off using it. We did not report these issues, we just managed around them, everything else was fine. There was some confusion with the rubbish as we do not have access to the bins to the rear of the property, so we had to place them outside the apartment door. We were unsure when to do this for the cleaning services, so clearer instructions are needed for people with longer stays.

Lovely apartment with sea view

Fantastic location with wonderful views of the seafront. Only a 10 minute walk from the metro and near to shops. Good communication with host and easy to access. Very clean and spacious. It was nice that tea, coffee, sugar and milk were provided so we could have a cuppa on arrival.

− While the bedroom had curtains which kept out the early morning light the space where the sofa bed was didn't. It had vertical blinds which didn't fully cover window and we're thin and let light in at 5am. This area would benefit from a blackout blind or curtains .

2nd time staying here. Location is perfect, gorgeous views

− It needed a few updates but I felt that was fairly reflected in the price, no complaints

− Could do with a shaving mirror in bathroom & darker curtains in bedroom.
