8.0Die Lage und die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Das wir einen Unterstand für unsere hochwertigen Fahrräder hatten.
− Das Treppenhaus zur Wohnung. Es hat stark nach Rauch gerochen. Die aussenansicht ist nicht do rosig.Aber das ist nicht so wichtig.

9.0Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung mitten in der Altstadt. Super ausgestattet, es gab sogar Kaffee/Tee/Gewürze etc. Alles ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Ein öffentlicher, unbeschrankter Parkplatz ist direkt nebenan (kostet aktuell 10€/Tag).
− Direkt nebenan entsteht momentan ein großes Wohngebäude und natürlich ist alles eng bebaut, ist eben Altstadt. Betrifft zwar nur die Sicht aus dem Küchenfenster, aber die Arbeiten hört man natürlich schon.
