7.0Lage sehr ruhig und für Tagesausflüge, da Schnellstrassenanschluss und alle 1/2 Std. Bus nach Siena, bestens geeignet. Bequemes Sofa Alle erwarteten Küchengeräte vorhanden und funktionstüchtig Reservierter Parkplatz, für heutiges Autos genügend gross (Auto 1.8m x 4.6m)
− Keine Klimaanlage Dusche renovationsbedürftig aber sauber und funktionsfähig Schlafzimmerfenster kann trotz "Fensterladen mit löcherigem und die Spalten nicht abdeckendem Mückengitter" in der Nacht nicht offen gelassen werden (naher Kanal mit Mücken)

− Struttura un po’ “fredda” e vuota (aggiungerei un paio di quadri o qualche ornamento) , aggiornerei il set di pentole (le attuali sono abbastanza vissute) , aggiungerei una tv anche in camera
