Ponieważ pobyt był po sezonie, więc dla zwolenników spokojnego wypoczynku bardzo korzystna wyprawa.
8.0Hotel typu apartamentowego, bez śniadania, ale z aneksem kuchennym, więc można część posiłków przygotować samemu. W sezonie na pewno jest to dla wielu osób korzystne, ponieważ nie wiąże z konkretnymi godzinami gotowych posiłków. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, zwłaszcza dla osób podróżujących pociągiem - bardzo blisko od stacji Hel. Wyposażenie (zwłaszcza duża garderoba na dłuższy pobyt), dostęp do internetu też na plus.
− Brak prawdziwego balkonu - jest tylko atrapa, a ponieważ z okna widać morze, to balkon byłby pomocny.
