− Cortina quebrada em um dos quartos, faltou tapete de banheiro em um dos banheiros, a arrumação em geral não muito satisfatória. Um dos chuveiros não tinha água quente.a porta da varanda de um dos quartos não trancava e emperrada. Faltou colchas mais grossas. Wi-Fi não funcionou direito.

8.0A localização do apartamento é ótima. Bastante amplo, com uma cama de casal confortável. Na cozinha sentimos falta de uma cafeteira e o fogão precisa de manutenção. O prédio é tranquilo, limpo e bem localizado. O barulho de som ao vivo dos restaurantes ao lado não nos incomodou. Recomendo este lugar que acolhe bem até quatro pessoas. O anfitrião é atencioso e sempre pronto a atender.
