10.0The stay was very comfortable. It really made us feel like home. The owner is a very good host and he was very cooperative. The stay is far better than staying in hotels. We highly recommend this property.

1.0− It is of very poor standard of property. Is worth less than half of what we paid. We were stuck having arrived from England on urgent business we had no time to move elsewhere. The pool is a joke - it is not working, neither is the terrace sink, the artificial grass is made of ill fitting pieces but no apology or reduction offered as we had looked forward to enjoying the terrace. Very basic amenities, dripping showers and taps. Showers do not work properly. kitchen is ill equipped and very dirty. the wardrobe and all other surfaces were disgustingly grimy We spent the first two hours cleaning them before we could place anything on them. The surroundings are noisy and dusty . The neighbourhood is not good. We had local visitors from Chandigarh and Mohali, they were shocked when they heard how much we had paid for the place. It is very poor value for money.

− The used blankets. There should be heaters or blowers due to winters. There should be some extra sheets. There was no iron. Just a feedback.
