Overpriced, not relaxing, unusual for our usual Tahoe stays

Clean. Staff pleasant and responsive. It’s too bad we had to call for help so much. A$15 Starbucks card to try to make up for the inconvenience but Starbucks is half an hour away.

− The first thing that didn’t work was no internet on day one. The second morning the coffeemaker didn’t work. She dropped off a brand new coffeemaker and coffee but it was still in the box and left up to me to clean and run once with water then cool for an hour before being able to even use it. I cannot believe someone had not already reported this. Not a leisure stay because THEN the TV didn’t work. What we thought was our fault turned out to be the fact that some previous person took the Firestick. At the price we paid someone should’ve checked all these things prior to our stay. My husband, who is handy, unclogged the bathroom sink. Someone who cleaned the bathroom could not have failed to notice it was clogged. It was not their fault but THEN the electricity went out😝 We stay at Tahoe often. We have stayed at much nicer accommodations for a lot less. This unit is for sale and it just seems like perhaps they have just given up at this point. (See picture) shower liquids unmarked. Left to us to figure out what is soap, shampoo or crème rinse. Middle one just didn’t work. 2nd picture shows rug upon arrival. Should’ve known the if they couldn’t bother to square the rug that it should be a red flag…….
