10.0My mother had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sunce. From the very first email before her arrival to the follow-up communication after her stay, the service was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely cared about making her visit special. Her room was comfortable, spotless, and offered a beautiful sea view. The hotel is located right in the heart of everything, with restaurants, music, and the promenade just outside, yet the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing her to relax and sleep peacefully. A special thank you for arranging a personalized welcome note for her, even though this is not a standard hotel service. It was a beautiful gesture that touched her deeply and made her stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine hospitality, outstanding customer service, and a relaxing stay by the sea.
