Beautiful outside space, not a house but a lovely apartment

The gardens and surroundings were lovely. Very peaceful and tranquil and surrounded by trees. The outside space was well-equipped. The shower was very good, great pressure and very warm. The beds were also very comfy. The veranda upstairs was a beautiful space to drink a coffee and watch the sunrise. The table on the other side of the house also a great place to take in the sunset.

− The kitchen isn't equipped for 2 people to self cater. One cutting knife, one bread knife, no dinner plates, no bowls, but small sideish plates and plate bowls. And no where near enough in case it was two couples staying (there are sleeping places for 5 or 6 peope). It wasn't enough and we were only two. No ice tray to make ice so had to use a plastic bowl, extract the ice block, and smash the block in a plastic bag outside. There wasn't a kettle, so couldn't make cups of tea or make hot drinks aside from coffee in the coffee maker. There is no oven of proper cooker, but two hot plates. Worst thing was that there was only one, tiny chopping board. A flimsy little plastic thing. Good cutlery, plates and a proper chopping board take no effort, are cheap and should be provided. It should be noted that there is no inside sitting room or sofa where people could relax that wasn't the kitchen table and hard seats. And it isn't a house you get when you book but the upstairs apartment in a house; the downstairs is locked for the owners use (although they wouldn't use it when guests are present) and guets use just the upstairs floor. So you aren't getting a house, but an apartment.
