Super logement qui correspond totalement à la description, piscine nickel, appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé, place de parking réservée et très bel endroit pour passer des vacances avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Nous n'étions pas très loin de la plage en voiture mais bon à savoir il n'y a que des parkings payant sur place. C'est possible également d'y accéder à pied en une vingtaine de minutes, le début se fait sur la route en partant à gauche du portail puis on peut trouver un accès sur des petits chemins à droite sur la route. Il y a également une navette gratuite l'été (ligne verte) nous avons trouvé un arrêt un peu après le portail de la résidence (sur la gauche en partant du portail, il est un peu caché mais il y a des navettes toutes les 30 minutes environ) Pour accéder aux cinq terres le mieux et d'aller se garer au parking de la gare de la Spezia et de partir en train aux cinq terres directement.

− Les bruits très présents des voisins du dessus et le jardinier qui commence l'entretien des locaux tôt le matin alors que c'est une résidence de vacances. Attention la montée pour arriver au logement est très importante et escarpée, ne pas venir avec une voiture qui ne supporte pas les montées ou qui est trop grande

Nice view from the balcony

− The “private” pool was shared. It was not big and very crowded. It is prohibited to use the pool between 2 Pm and 4 Pm. Noise from the neighbours. The place absolutely needs a an aircon

Ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative! Casa ben arredata, pulita luminosa e con la visuale dal soggiorno direttamente su tutto il golfo...uno spettacolo! Piscina pulita e con regole da rispettare x fortuna, tra cui obbligo di cuffia. Tutto molto ben curato giardino e dintorni, il che appaga la vista! Host molto disponibile e gentile nonostante non ci si sia incontrati. Consigliatissimo🥰

− Lerici/ San Terenzo non raggiungibili a piedi. Piscina in ombra poco dopo le 16 a causa di alberi molto alti 😔

Good views and spacious Coffee maker, dishwasher and cleaning stuff

− The appartment was bloody hot and relies for cooling fully on the ‘sea breeze’ that is often not available on the hottest days. There was no linnen for the third bed we would obviously want to use (1adult + 2 kids). Several things were broken. The door handle, one of the shutters and the toilet seat was completely loose. I asked for ventilators, fixing the toilet seat and bringing linnen. This was promised by the property manager Pietro several times but not carried out. The matress in the main bedroom was extremely soft and felt very cheap. Although the compound was well kept, the pool was not very useful. I has to be shared with many apartments and was only 1 m. deep. Reaching the apartment and parking is very cumbersome. Nothing can be done by walking.
