Disappointing Stay Despite the Promising Photos
7.0The house looked beautiful in the photos, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, the actual stay did not live up to the expectations set by the listing.
− We stayed here during weather that was around 32°F (0°C), yet the property only provided small, thin blankets, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. Other issues included: No shampoo provided. Dirty drinking glasses upon arrival. Only one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. A 6% surcharge for paying by credit card. An additional USD 26 cleaning fee, which felt excessive given the overall condition of the property. Overall, the experience did not match the price or expectations, and I would not stay here again.
