10.0Great stay and host was very friendly and helpful. Food was very good my only recommendation would be having a fan in the rooms as the room was incredibly hot and the building being grade 2 had original looking sash windows and were delicate so we didn’t dare open them. Overall a great stay and highly recommended

2.0Booked late due to no properties in Skegness. Arrived to the door unable to open properly, the bin still had previous persons rubbish in including food, no tea/ coffee, no towels, the shower holder broke, shower not working properly. No toilet roll, no pressure in the water in the bathroom. Carpet in poor condition causing a trip hazard and looked like the bedding hadn’t been changed previously.
