I count my stay at Tea County Hotel in Dibrugarh as one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in India.
10.0Attention to detail such as: 1. Napkins in the room. 2. Non-skid mat in the shower 3. A shower that actually works 4. Continuous instant hot water without having to turn in geyser. 5. Basic toiletries provided in bathroom such as comb, toothbrush kit, room slippers etc 6. Fixed AC as soon as a problem was mentioned 7. Arranged for a visit to a tea plantation in the owners tea estate, as soon as I requested it 8. Super attentive and responsive staff 9. Amazing food in the restaurant (if anything the portions were super generous) 10. Very spacious and immaculately clean rooms 11. One of the best hotel stays in India

− Room service needs to be more proactive rather than reactive. Which means, there were few things which room service should check before checking guests in for 5 days
Has potential but not up to international standards for now.
8.0Beautiful spacious room. Great breakfast. Location.
− Loads of repair work going on. Very noisy. Constant music in corridors that can be heard in room. So no quiet moment in room. Noisy. Very uncomfortable.
It was a pleasamt stay ensured by employees of dediation.
