O Sr. Moisés não é gentil e o anúncio deve ser atualizado, pois não é um hotel.
5.0Chuveiro e cama
− Não tem estacionamento nem café da manhã no local, e no anúncio mencionava que tinha, mas teria que ser pago a parte. Só que não é verdade. As roupas de cama e banho estão velhas e manchadas.

− Falta de responsabilidade e respeito comigo. Faltando dois dias, entrei em contato com o hotel e mudaram totalmente os itens da acomodação. Disseram que, se não atendesse as minhas expectativas, era só cancelar e como meus compromissos já estavam marcados e próximo da data, não tive tempo de cancelar e mudar de hotel. E se não bastasse, no segundo dia da minha estadia, por algum motivo, estava cancelada. Tive que ficar explicando para portaria que eram dois dias e no final liguei para o responsável e resolveram. Foi a primeira e última vez que fico naquele hotel.

1.0− Recebi cancelamento no último dia antes de entrar, por causa abaixo citado : "Infelizmente precisamos cancelar sua reserva nº [Nº DA RESERVA devido a uma manutenção emergencial não programada em nossas instalações." Tive procurar hotel de última hora que é mais caro a de 1 mês.
