5.0Privelistea din apartament este superba, piscina curata si locatarii par foarte prietenosi si amabili. Parcare cu acces cu telecomanda, dar care nu este garantata daca ajungi tarziu nu e sigur ca gasesti loc.
− Apartamentul pe interior arata uzat, are un miros urat de cum intri, nu a fost igienizat corespunzator, toate asternuturile de par miroseau, pilotele erau toate patate, paturile foarte proaste, din 2 paturi si 2 canapele disponibile nu ne-am putut odihni corespunzator si ne trezeam dimineata cu dureri de spate, iar peretii foarte subtiri si auzeai ce vorbesc vecinii pana tarziu in miezul noptii (vecinii de sus, de jos, din stanga si din dreapta). In baie care este foarte mica, este un hidrofor si cand tragi apa in baie sau la fel la vecini este un zgomot foarte deranjant. Pozele nu reflecta chiar realitatea, un covor plin de praf era depozitat sub un pat din dormitor. Proprietarul este amabil dar nu poti sa te intelegi decat in spaniola. Imi pare rau dar am regretat tare alegerea facuta pentru acest apartament.
