Very roomy, clean and comfy with three large bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen plus two bathrooms.

The fireplace was already prepared with wood and kindling and ready for us to light it upon arrival. In addition there was also a split system for extra heat (or cooling obviously if you are there in summer). Beds were very comfy and not too soft. The whole place was very roomy and we very much enjoyed our stay.

− The lounge was a little uncomfortable (too soft) and one of us had to sit on a dining chair.

Great little base for a Dunkeld exploration weekend with friends and dog. Loved the outdoor areas, comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and Dunkeld! Central location, easy access to town.

There were eclectric blankets in the beds. Wonderful! It was peaceful and quiet.

− It took a bit of getting used to operating the cooker in the kitchen. We found the beds too hard. But that´s just a personal option.

The location for our purpose was perfect

− The grounds were unkempt. Was very messy outside (no, not the natural look)
