3.0Vermieter sehr freundlich und telefonisch immer erreichbar.
− Vieles kaputt oder abgenutzt. Oberschrank über dem Herd (keine Abzugshaube) ist schon gewellt und wird wohl als nächstes aufbrechen. Sehr stümperhaft eingebaute Küche. Das kaputte Fenster ist schon auf anderen Bildern zu sehen, wurde seitdem wohl nicht repariert. Stuhl ist gebrochen, vielleicht hat ihn mal jemand als Leiter benutzt. Duscharmatur abgebrochen. Es gibt keine Rauchmelder. Nix zum Wohlfühlen, schade.
Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, gemütlich und klein, perfekt für zwei Personen. Die Atmosphäre war ruhig und angenehm,

6.0− Sehr hellhörig . Wir haben erstmal Spinnweben weggemacht. Eine Übergardiene im Wohn- eingangsbereich wäre toll weil jeder reinschauen kann.
