− Poor water pressure and hot water, we were only able to have 2 showers for the whole week. Problem was not resolved while we were there.

− Only 1 inside bathroom / toilet meant that the occupants of the 2nd room had to use the outside laundry / toilet which in winter is cold.
Perfect location between Bellingen and Dorrigo with fireplace and views.
