7.0El apartamento está nuevo y es precioso, aunque le falta mucha luz.
− Necesita aire acondicionado en el salón o al menos un ventilador en cada habitación, ya que solo hay ventilador en el salón. La semana que nos hemos alojado las temperaturas rondaban los 30 grados,a eso le sumas la humedad...y es muy agobiante.

8.0El diseño, la amplitud y que cada habitación contaba con baño privado. El contacto con Cristina también ha sido bueno.
− Poca ventilación en la casa, ya que daba a un patio interior en obras. El frigorífico bajo encimera demasiado pequeño para un apartamento vacacional. El barrio poco cuidado.
