The property was very nice. The pool was nice. The venue for a wedding was very beautiful.
9.0− Our air-conditioning was not working properly. At one point our room was 82°. I went to the front desk and they told me they weren’t in charge of that unit. I contacted the booking agent and she wanted me to take a picture of the thermostat. I adjusted the fan as she said, but the room was still hot.

− Would have appreciated info on specific location and entry procedure (even if not the entry code) a bit earlier as we were at an event and had to take time to check that we received it and were all set.

10.0It was on sight where we went for snowboarding at Mountain Creek, had a couple of restaurants nearby as well.
− Check in was a bit confusing at first, was unaware of instructions until reaching out to host.
