− Bruyant, que ce soit des bruits extérieurs le soir (place animee) ou le matin avec nettoyage de la rue et aussi les bruits des voisins. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain La petite chambre a un mur tout abîmé. Dommage, pas d information dans l appart sur les points d intérêts Relance pour numéros de papier d identité envoyés 2 fois.
Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Man sollte sich auf laute Livemusik bis in den späten Abend einstellen.

10.0Най-доброто местоположение, пети етаж с асансьор. Апартаментът е просторен, модерно обзаведен и изключително удобен. Притежава всичко необходимо за един обитаем дом, включително оборудвана кухня с уреди и съдове. Има две тераси, едната от които е с великолепна гледка към малкия парк, океана и оживлението в десетките заведения около парка. Домакин е отзивчива и красива млада дама.

− Vaikka asunto oli 5. ssä kerroksessa ja ovet ja ikkunat olivat uusittu kadun äänet ja etenkin yöklubin laulusolisti lauloi klo kahteen joka yö. Asunnossa, jossa ei ole astianpesukonetta, pitäisi olla enemmän ruokailuastioita, veitsiä, haarukoita, lusikoita, lautasia, laseja jne., kuin minimimäärä. Ja kaikkien laitteiden , leivänpaahtimien paistinpannujen, kahvinkeittimien, korkkiruuvien toivoisi olevan ehjiä. Vaatekomeroissa pitäisi olla tilaa möys pitkille vaatekappaleille.
A nice apartment in the very heart of Puerto de la Cruz
7.0The apartment is located in a building on the main square (Plaza del Charco) in the very heart of the old town and close to a large public parking lot (Muelle). There are also two grocery stores nearby. Due to the central location of the apartment, you can fully enjoy the town life and all the sights are reachable on foot. The apartment is suitable for 3-4 persons. The communication with the owner was smooth and pleasant.
− It would be good to repair the sofa bed as it is broken and could not be used properly for sleeping. The bedroom closets are not in a very good condition and also need some renovating. The noise from the square is substantial and during the Christmas holidays there was a lot of loud live music that lasted until midnight which made sleeping difficult.
