Good location

− They contacted me when it was too late to cancel to “remind” me that there were no sheets or towels. It doesn’t say in the description that there are provided, and they clearly know that it’s a problem. That’s why they messaged me, obviously. If it had been earlier, I would have cancelled, but as I was already travelling by then, I could do nothing. Only stayed one of the two nights I’d paid for. Very disappointing.

Good location but ensure you bring sheets & towels.

The cottage is in a great location in Bouillion and is fairly comfortable. The host was very friendly when she did arrive but Booking.Com stepped in for us when we had an issue with contacting her. Parking is fairly available on the local street but is not permitted on Sundays.

− There was a lack of communication from the hosts. Usually for cottage stays like this the information for key collection is provided 24 hours before and a lock box can be used. In this instance the host spoke little English so it made it difficult to communicate on the day. We had arrived and did not have any information to get into the property. It also needs to be made clear on the cottage description that own linen and towels are required. We were not told till we were en route to the property and had to purchase sheets and towels. We have a very small car with limited space so if I had known this before hand I would have chosen another property.
