1.0− saya dapat mesej bilik penuh selepas tempahan di sahkan .walaupun pihak pengurusan telah mencarikan bilik lain tetapi tidak menyatakan bilik ganti yang di beri bukan di bekbek village..kecewa bukan saja dapat bilik ganti yang bukan ada kemudahan seperti yang sepatutnya saya bayar..malah tak dapat view seperti sepatutnya..saya tempah bekbek village sebab nak suasana yang tenang dan nyaman..dengan harga yang saya bayar, saya rasa saya layak dapat bilik yang lebih baik..sebelum ini saya pernah berhadapan situasi begini tapi pihak pengurusan mengganti bilik samaada yang senilai atau yang lebih baik..harap pihak pengurusan lebih alert benda begini selepas ini
