− I am very disappointed with the state of your unit. I booked this in good faith for my guests, but they have reported that the unit is dirty, has an unpleasant smell, and the AC and fan are not working properly. Furthermore, your lack of assistance with the pool tickets—even after I did the work to secure them—is unacceptable.
