Le paradis pour se reposer
9.0Quel endroit magnifique ! Des installations très confortables nichées au cœur d’une végétation et d’une nature luxuriantes. Des oiseaux. Au bord de la rivière quand on veut changer un peu de la piscine. Ma chambre était top, très jolie et bien équipée. Un hamac privé sur ma terrasse où j’ai passé une bonne partie de mon temps. C’est vraiment un endroit propice à la détente. Le petit déjeuner était bon et le wifi fonctionnait bien. Ils ont été très flexibles pour mon départ. L’emplacement m’a convenu car je ne souhaitais rien faire de spécial et c’était ce que je cherchais, mais il faut savoir que c’est vraiment un tout petit hameau, il y a 2 ou 3 endroits pour manger et des hôtels, c’est tout.
− Les équipes étaient plutôt souriantes mais vraiment pas communiquantes, c’est dommage. On ne m’a donné aucune info en arrivant : code wifi, horaires petit déjeuner, recommandations de nourriture ou d’activités… j’ai du tout chercher par moi même. Surtout en Colombie on est habitués à des accueils tellement chaleureux que ça m’a fait un peu bizarre. Je reviendrais malgré tout avec plaisir car personne n’était désagréable, c’est juste un petit axe d’amélioration pour atteindre la perfection.

8.0De host was ontzettend vriendelijk en ook het zwembad was geweldig voor mijn kids. De omgeving is, ondanks dat het aan een drukke weg ligt, prima en voelt sereen. De kolibries en leguanen zijn in de buurt. Er zijn ook prima restaurants in de buurt en de afstand naar Tayrona Park is redelijk dichtbij.
− De kamer was groot, mooi ingericht, maar had wat comfortabeler kunnen zijn. De deur sloot niet goed, tenzij op slot gedaan en er waren kieren waardoor er een aantal insecten binnen kwamen. Je zit in de jungle dat ben ik me bewust, alleen dit had simpel opgelost kunnen worden. Ook een aantal kussens bij de bedden bij het zwembad zou het comfort verhogen.

9.0Great location near to Tayrona park entrance. Victor was very helpful over WhatsApp and in-person regarding transport and tips for the area. The room is basic but good value for money. The room was clean and free of insects when we arrived. Pool is very nice. Simple breakfast was tasty.
− Lighting in the room could be a bit softer, the gaps between the doors/windows could easily allow in insects attracted by the light at night. Bed not the most comfortable but ok for the price.

4.0− Our stay was cancelled on the day of check-in due to an issue with the room, which meant we had to find alternative accommodation while already on our way. This caused considerable inconvenience and frustration. As a result, we had to book another property at the last minute, which was more expensive and offered fewer amenities. We are also disappointed with how Booking handled the situation, as they did not agree to cover the price difference for the replacement accommodation, even though it was within the proposed budget. While we understand that unexpected issues can occur, the overall experience was not satisfactory, and unfortunately we were the ones who had to bear the consequences of this situation.
