9.0It’s an amazing property with only 4 rooms. You feel like visiting family ranch. Everything is very cozy and well designed ! The pool is great addition to the experience. Breakfast in the middle of the winery -is incredibly beautiful

10.0Everything! Enlance Wine House is a dream place to spend a few days away from the buzz of Mendoza. Service is exceptional! Shout out to Jennifer and team for helping us feel at home. I'm an avid traveler and I can sincerely say that food was exceptional; congratulations to the chef. The stunning view of the Andes during meals was unbeatable. You can certainly feel at peace while enjoying the scenery and the pool! A luxury experience yet affordable. I would recommend it.
− Wifi network can be unstable in the rooms, but that helps with the sense of disconnection from the buzz of the city.

10.0Excelente alojamiento! Super comodo y grande! El baño es enorme, lindo y cómodo! Desayuno bueno. El lugar es espectacular y la ubicación muy buena. En la zona hay muchas buenas bodegas para visitar.

− After a 26-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel hoping for a smooth check-in, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Despite having booked two rooms in advance, we were left waiting for around 30 minutes before being told there was an issue and that only one room was available. We then waited another 20 minutes while staff attempted to resolve the situation. At no point offered water or a drink. To the hotel’s credit, they did eventually arrange alternative accommodation for us, and we appreciated the effort to find a solution. However, the entire process took over an hour, which was incredibly frustrating after such a long trip. We were also told the new hotel would be an upgrade, but it had no restaurant and offered no food options beyond breakfast, which was disappointing and inconvenient. Overall, while the staff did take steps to rectify the booking error, the delays, miscommunication, and the lack of comparable amenities at the replacement hotel made for a stressful start to our stay.
