8.0Prince, the owner tried so hard to assist me. My hire vehicle,an Audi blew tire 9 miles out. Despite having premium cover I was exhausted and without a car,very unnerving. Prince tried very hard to assist. Alas,others were booked and I was forced to wait downstairs, alone. Tea facilities in rooms would be brilliant. As a disabled traveller from Australia, writing reviews for places solo disabled travellers could use. Prince is trying extremely hard,and once organised totally I think this would be great. Parking is hard. I am grateful for Princes help. I did need assistance.
− Parking and lack of help to assist with the AA & Europe car. Prince is positive and cheerful,alas I did feel just too difficult
