3.0The owner was helpful when things went wrong and responded to messages quickly. . He went out of his way to provide a fan. The owner allowed access to the house early, which was very helpful. The house is interesting and the street felt safe. The property is well appointed, if you have a car.
− The bed linen was stained. . There were only two wine glasses and both were cracked. Once brought to the owners attention he dealt with both issues, but this should never have happened. The microwave was smelly and dirty with oil. Cutlery and crockery needed washing before use. There wasn't a full set of crockery, making it difficult for a group of four to stay. The garden was overgrown with weeds, had rubbish on the ground, including a suitcase. There was a garden bench shoved in a corner but no furniture to sit out to eat or drink. The only toiletry provided was a handsoap. This would be fine if toiletries weren't listed in the facilities provided.

8.0Perfect location for the eco stadium, easy access and plenty of parking. Lovely and clean. Well stocked and excellent communication.
− The pillows were a little soft and although not at all uncomfortable the bed in the smaller room was a little soft but likely just personal preference we still slept no problem at all.
