− Las personas que atienden son muy amables, la administración deberia tener presente que son una minicadena y deberian tener sus uniformes. Hace falta minimo una persona que se encargue de las zonas húmedas y zonas comunes... la piscina se ensucia y el jacuzzi igual porque no hay un preenjuague antes de ingresar y por ende entra la suciedad

− Al realizar la reserva me hicieron pagar un excedente al llegar allá aún teniendo ya definido un valor en la reserva de booking, por el simple hecho de que la hice con un número y cuenta internacional en €,.
