5.0- Convenient location - although we didn’t need it but it was nice to see you had food items in the cupboard - very comfortable beds - clean bedding
− - would’ve been helpful to know in advance that there is no toilet/bathroom upstairs - consider changing cutlery the current set is unhygienic bcz there is dirt and rust on the fold - mixer taps would be a bit more handy in the kitchen and bathroom taps - would’ve been nice to have a mirror in the bathroom

9.0Perfectly located property for our requirements. Clean and comfortable. Easy to access - communication with the host was particularly good. Will look to stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.
Comfortable and convenient place for us to stay (family of 4 adults).
9.0Comfortable spacious rooms including kitchen and bathroom. Adequately equipped kitchen/dining area. Heating kept us lovely and cosy even though it was freezing cold outside. Nice big TV kept us entertained on the cold evenings. Location was great for us visiting family in the Hemsworth area and we even went to the quiz evening at the Top Hat (Albion Working Men's Club) which is about 2 minutes walk away.
